Monoculture
Today, Soybean cultivation is a massive industrialized business having well-known drawbacks. Salomé Neuhaus is fascinated by the intersection of nature, science, and technology. To approach the topic, she grew a bunch of 45 soy seedlings during 45 days. They are a vivid representation of uniformity as well as individuality. Each symbols is titled with a different commercial variety of soybeans.

Salomé Neuhaus is a highly motivated graphic designer from Basel, Switzerland. Her work focuses on typography and editorial design. She will graduate from the Academy of Art and Design, Basel, in June 2018.
